I ordered 50 high grade mixed ramshorn snails for £38 total. They arrived in a small plastic bottle full of water instead of damp as described. There was red bodily fluid at the bottom of the bottle and the shells were badly crushed cracked and broken with visible damage. Only plain brownish orange snails arrived with none of the advertised mixed high grade colours like blue pink or spotted. Most of the snails were dead or dying on arrival and the damaged shells mean they cannot recover. This does not match the listing at all. Very disappointed with the poor packing and low quality.
