• Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy: If you receive a DOA shipment, please email us photos within one hour of delivery showing the shrimp in the unopened bag. We will promptly issue a refund based on our guidelines.

• No Returns on Live Shrimp: Due to the nature of these live creatures, returns are not accepted. Please confirm that someone will be available to receive your delivery.
