Delivery & Returns

Dispatch

  • Orders are generally dispatched on the same day if received before 14:00 (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • Live shrimp are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Monday to Thursday only.

Live Shrimp Shipping

  • All shrimp are shipped in breather bags within a Styrofoam-lined box, allowing year-round shipping.
  • Dispatch days: Monday to Thursday via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  • Delivery days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

DOA – Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee the live arrival of all shrimp.

  • All shrimp are packed healthy and with care.
  • If a shrimp arrives dead, we will refund or replace it.
  • For a DOA claim, the customer must provide clear photographic evidence of the unopened bag within 1 hour of delivery.
  • Only dead shrimp are eligible for replacement or refund—shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Right to Cancel

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • The cancellation period expires 14 days after you (or someone on your behalf) receives the last item in your order.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours.
  • Returned items must be:
    • In mint condition
    • In original packaging
    • Not sale items
  • Hard goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Each return is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will dispatch the replacement item once the original item is received.
  • Buyer covers the shipping cost for the exchanged item.
