Galaxy Black Shrimp is an ornamental beautiful freshwater shrimp from the Caridina genus, closely related to Taiwan Bee shrimp. It is prized for its striking deep black coloration combined with numerous small white or bluish spots, resembling stars in a galaxy—hence the name "Galaxy." Galaxy Black Shrimp require stable water parameters and a well-established tank with lots of mosses and hiding spots. Due to their unique appearance and vibrant colors, they are highly sought after by shrimp enthusiasts.
