Placing Orders: Please place your order before 10:30 AM to be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 10:30 AM will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on Thursday after 10:30 AM will be shipped the following week.

DOA Policy: 
Notification: You must notify us within 1 hour of delivery if any shrimps are DOA. 
Proof: Provide clear photos of the unopened bag. 
Refund/Replacement: Upon verification, we will offer a refund or replacement for the DOA shrimp. Shipping costs for replacement are the buyer's responsibility. 

Conditions for Return:
Unopened Bag: Shrimp must be in their original, unopened shipping bag.
Time frame: Returns must be requested within 1 hour of delivery. 
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable: 
Opened Bags: We cannot accept returns for shrimp that have been removed from their original shipping bag.
Improper Care: We are not responsible for shrimp that perish due to improper care or unsuitable aquarium conditions after arrival.
