Because shrimp are live animals, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS under any circumstances. Returning them would cause unnecessary stress or harm, and we strongly believe that live creatures should never be put through repeat shipping.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to make your purchase carefully and responsibly. Before ordering, make sure your tank is fully prepared, especially in terms of water parameters. Shrimp are sensitive animals and require stable, appropriate water conditions to thrive.

Important Note About Aquarium Plants

Please do not add any freshly purchased live plants from aquarium stores directly into a shrimp tank. These plants are often treated with chemical fertilizers to help them survive long transport from overseas. Unfortunately, such treatments frequently contain heavy metals, especially copper, which is extremely toxic to shrimp — even in small amounts, it can kill them quickly.

If you plan to use store-bought plants, we strongly recommend that they be kept in a separate tank or aquarium for at least 3 months before introducing shrimp. During this time, ensure regular water changes to allow harmful substances to dissipate.
