Buy Red Tiger Shrimp in the UK
Red Tiger shrimp carry the classic tiger stripe pattern rendered in deep red rather than black, often with orange eyes in the OE lines. A distinctive alternative to the more common Crystal Red.
Tiger Caridina are middle-ground in their requirements — around pH 6.5–7.2, GH 4–8, KH 0–3, TDS 120–200. More forgiving than Taiwan Bee, less so than Neocaridina.
They will cross with other Tiger and bee-type Caridina, so house them separately to keep the line clean.
