Blue Pearl shrimp are a pale, pearlescent blue-grey Neocaridina — softer and more translucent than Blue Dream or Blue Diamond, with a subtle sheen that catches the light.

They come from a separate lineage to the darker blue strains and are exceptionally hardy: pH 6.8–7.8, GH 6–12, TDS 150–300, room temperature.

A good choice for a lighter-substrate tank, where the darker blues can look almost black.
