The recommended water parameters for Neocaridina shrimp are: 

PH 7-7.5, GH 8-10, and KH 4-6.

Overpaid postage will be refunded.

Shipping occurs from Monday to Thursday.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee the live arrival of all our livestock, but please allow time for recovery.

If you notice any issues with live invertebrates, take a photo within 48 hours of their arrival.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, we will not accept responsibility.
