RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Unopened bags

For non DOA returns, shrimp must remain in their original unopened shipping bag.

Time frame

Any issue with your order must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.

Return postage

Where a return is agreed, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise agreed.

We cannot accept returns where:

The shipping bag has been opened

Shrimp have been removed from the original bag

Shrimp have been transferred into an aquarium

Losses occur because of unsuitable aquarium conditions

Incorrect acclimation or care has caused the loss

Once shrimp have been introduced into your aquarium, we cannot be responsible for losses caused by water parameters, temperature, tank mates, copper or other environmental factors.

BASIC NEOCARIDINA CARE

Species: Neocaridina

Care level: Easy and beginner friendly

Temperament: Peaceful

Diet: Algae, biofilm, shrimp food and vegetables

Adult size: Approximately 2 to 3 cm

Recommended temperature: Around 20 to 24 degrees Celsius

For best results, add shrimp to a fully cycled and mature aquarium.

Avoid sudden changes in temperature and water chemistry when acclimating your shrimp.

Never use medications or treatments containing copper around shrimp.
