Refund/Replacement: Upon verification, we will offer a refund or replacement for the DOA snails. Shipping costs for replacement are the buyer's responsibility.

Unopened Bag: Snails must be in their original, unopened shipping bag.
Time frame: Returns must be requested within 1 hour of delivery. 
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable: 
Opened Bags: We cannot accept returns for snails that have been removed from their original shipping bag.
