The adults were Purple and Magenta, and their colour is still developing.
There over a 1cm now some nearly 2cm but they do grow very quickly, and the females can get to the size of a golf ball.
(And they have grown since these pictures were taken and are a darker pink.
They will eat most left over fruit and veg, also will clean up any uneaten fish food, helping with water quality.
If you haven't had them before, I recommend you watch a Youtube video on the care, but I find them very easy.
Snails also require Calcium, to maintain healthy shell, you can add a cuttlebone, coral chips, or buy calcium blocks off Ebay, to achieve this.
Please Note I post Tuesdays and Fridays (I'm away till 7th Jan)
