culls are basically shrimp that don't qualify to be graded as high grade so I remove them to keep my high grades breeding true. culls are from my blue/red/yellow/orange/brown/white tanks these have less consistent or lighter colour.

Refund/Replacement: Upon verification, we will offer a refund or replacement for the DOA shrimp. Shipping costs for replacement are the buyer's responsibility.

Unopened Bag: Shrimp must be in their original, unopened shipping bag.
Time frame: Returns must be requested within 1 hour of delivery. 
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable: 
Opened Bags: We cannot accept returns for shrimp that have been removed from their original shipping bag.
