To thank you for your support, we offer a single shipping charge, even if you purchase multiple shrimp sets. Overpaid postage will be refunded.

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days via tracked, 24-hour delivery, Monday to Thursday, ensuring your new aquatic friends arrive safely and on time.

***Please note that we currently do not ship this product to the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Scilly, or Northern Ireland.***

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival of all our livestock, but please allow time for recovery. If you notice any issues with live invertebrates, take a photo within 48 hours of their arrival.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, we will not accept responsibility.

We cannot be held responsible for livestock that has been in your care, as there are too many variables that can affect water quality and conditions.
