They are kept at room temperature. You don't need a heater

Please take the time to acclimate after their journey

You must have a mature aquarium for at least 4 weeks

All my shrimp are home bred and special care are taken in there welfare.

NOTE: Some Shrimps may experience STRESS during transportation and will lose their bright color

After unpacking, they will regain their original beautiful color after 1-2 days.

I recommend that you drip acclimatising as it's the best and least stressful way of acclimatising shrimp

Normal Dead On Arrival rules apply. If the shrimps arrive at DOA, we will ask you to take a few very good quality pictures / video of the shrimps in the unopened bag within 2 hours of the package. Please notify me immediately if there are any DOAs. I will pay you back the loss.
