2x Young Magenta Mystery Snails
Mystery snails are large aquatic snails that live in your aquarium happily munching on any detritus, left over food or biofilm they find. They DO NOT eat live plants.
Mystery snails grow to about 2-3 inches in shell diameter and despite their eventual size they are completely harmless, they make lovely additions to your tank. These snails are the very beautiful 'magenta' colour - which is a pale redish-purple shell with stripes, on a white coloured body. They have been bred and raised by myself and only snails i would be happy to receive will be sent out to new homes.
I post snails Monday - Thursdays only, using Royal Mail tracked 24 no signature. The snails you receive will be between 1.5-2 cm as younger snails travel better than older ones. They grow FAST when they are getting plenty of food, and will soon be sizable snails that stand out in a tank. Mystery snails need both males and females to breed and produce eggs above the water surface making it very easy to control their numbers compared to smaller pest snails like bladders or ramshorns.
