These are the smaller “mini” type and do not grow larger than around 8mm.

Care Requirements

They thrive in:

• Dechlorinated or fully cycled aquarium water

• A food source (algae, veg scraps, fish food, leaf litter)

• Good oxygen levels

Best results in moderately hard water to support strong shell regeneration after moulting.

If your water is soft, simply provide a calcium source such as:

• Cuttlebone

• Limestone

• Crushed coral

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

DOA claims will only be accepted if the pouch seal remains intact and the issue is reported within 1 hour of the initial delivery attempt.

Claims will not be considered if:

• More than 1 hour has passed since delivery, or

• The initial delivery attempt was missed.

To process a DOA claim, please provide:

• Clear photos or videos of the deceased scuds in their original, unopened packaging

• A clear photo of the shipping label

Quantities on offer will be updated subject to availability.

I’m new to this site and still figuring out how the multiple-order postage settings work.

To keep things simple, if you’re placing two orders at the same time, please send me an offer of £11.58 and set the quantity to 2. That way, even if postage is charged twice, you’ll effectively only be paying postage once.

Postage will only take place between Monday and Thursday using a 24 hour service. Any shrimp purchased on Thursday- Sunday are posted the following week.
