We don’t claim “high-grade” color patterns—since these can often prove disappointing and unrealistic—rest assured however that none of our shrimp are culls. (Culls are sold separately.) Buy Bloody Mary Shrimp in the UK
Bloody Mary shrimp are the deepest red Neocaridina available. Unlike Red Cherry and Fire Red, where colour sits in the flesh beneath a clear shell, Bloody Mary carry red pigment in the shell itself — giving a glossy, near-opaque blood red that holds up even in juveniles.
Care is identical to any other Neocaridina: pH 6.8–7.8, GH 6–12, TDS 150–300, room temperature. Hardy enough for beginners despite the premium appearance.
Colour is stable through the generations provided you keep them away from other Neocaridina colours.
