The Ramshorn (Planorbis corneus) is a relatively large species of air-breathing freshwater snail. These snails are perfect for both freshwater aquariums and ponds of all sizes. They feed on algae and thrive in ponds with high levels of calcium.

They can eat any bottom-feeder's food.

They help keep your water clean by consuming organic leftovers and managing algae, which in turn reduces ammonia levels. This helps maintain clear water and benefits the overall ecosystem of the pond.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a live arrival guarantee on all our livestock, but you must allow them time to recover first. If there are any problems with live fish or invertebrates, please photograph the issue within 48 hours of arrival. 

If you are not home at the time of delivery, we will not accept responsibility.

We cannot be held responsible for livestock that has been in your care, as there are too many variables that can affect water quality and conditions.
